small amounts, i believe if you are caught you still have to go in front of a prosecutor who will determine if you are "trafficking" the drugs, but if not they just recommend you to treatment. third strike you have to seek treatment for addiction.

You can argue the social inequities religion places on society forever. The facts are Mexico has lost control of their country. Is it their country, not ours. Any solution that completely absolves them from any responsibility is ludicrous. Every country on the world has problems with black markets. Mexico has been particularly belligerent in their attempts to control their country. It is their responsibility to do this, not ours.

fix our problems, then we can be critical of our third world neighbor down south who is fighting a drug problem that we keep well fed.

They don’t have the money we do because their taxpayers are not paying like we are...oh wait, they are all up here working instead of down there working where they would be able to pay more into the country...

Then let’s say we get them all to go back and work in Mexico and pay taxes and what not now you have the problem or regulation and the jobs not paying what they should or at least competitively so there is that too...

So then let’s say you get them paying more, paying taxes and what not, now your government can afford to pump more money into the system..but wait, if all of this came true the cartels would not exist...

So really to get to this point we have to eliminate the illegal forces that are PAYING MORE to the people that the jobs or government can afford too. You can’t stop oppression because you cannot afford too, you cannot educate because you cannot afford too...

Man, the police SUCK, they should really get a handle on that guy (while I am making only a laughable attempt to really curve my demand).

My point is soon enough the police are going to just say, fine, you can have the drugs, we are through.
