You're friends with admins and mods, you complaining about special treatment?

Yes. Either aliases are allowed or they aren't, picking and choosing which ones are allowed based upon who created them and who they are or aren't friends with, or who does or does not find them humorous isn't the right way to handle it.

Same goes for racial slurs, either everyone gets banned for using them or no one does. Allowing their use only for friends of mods or admins or old school members isn't the right way to handle it either. Banning some people and not others shows a complete lack of consistency.

I think the biggest factor is that some aliases are actually funny, while others are just annoying and poorly executed.

Also, some aliases are in obvious jest and not an attempt to be a trolling douche.. See Col. Tom Parker for example of a funny one.

Same reason that that one and a few others were allowed in Canada as well..

Chopper was another example of one done well.
