So let me get this straight. There are no motors on these things just a paddle?

I really like the pulley systems for storage, just the fact that you can get them up and out of the way without taking up valuable room in a garage. Planned on building a pair of these. My gf's dad owned a cabinet building business for over 25 years and he's pretty handy when it comes to wood working. I've already sent him pictures of these and he just laughed at how easy these are to make.

If apartment remember to put some backboard between kayak and paint

I'd probably go with a pulley system if I had a garage but I'm in an apartment right now, so they get the wall space.Originally posted by Binky View PostBuddy did a pair of pullies on the ceiling with a "swing seat" for each canoe. When he was ready to go he just lowered them down and went. When done it was as simple as sliding them in and pulling the line to raise them up.

You have several options available... Brazos, Trinity, Colorado, Neches, Guadalupe.Originally posted by BPo001 View PostI'm looking to do a 2 night camping trip somewhere. Hoping to see some good scenery somewhere!

The Tarpon 14 was one of my first choices after looking into Wilderness Systems kayaks. But I don't have the space for one living in an apartment, so I went with the ride. I wouldn't mind one in the future but I thinking my next yak will be a sit in if it's not an all out angler yak.Originally posted by ALLAN View PostMy Tarpon 120's
