Edit, you working for CPS at one point explains a lot. I recall a case from the 80s that was the most expensive case in the States history. Prosecuting it cost about 15 million dollars, took 10 years, and about 50 people were tried. All of it was a bunch of child molestation charges fabricated by CPS. Every single person involved in the case was acquitted. It was called the McMartin preschool case and it is a clear case of what happens when emotional nutjobs like you are given a tiny bit of power.

Well Dr Junk, I don't know what age most people hit puberty. I figured it was about 12 or 13. I know I hit puberty around the time I hit 13, I was fucking when I was 14. Since I typically fucked my peers at that age it is safe to say I fucked plenty of girls in their early teens so I'm not so naive as to believe that girls are not sexually active at that age.

In Texas the law does not agree with you. If she told the man but she was 17 or older it would be a defense against prosecution. Looking at her you would have no way of knowing that she was underaged. Fortunately for the world she just turned 18 a few weeks ago. 10 is too young in my opinion. A few years after the age most people hit puberty would probably be about right. In TX it is legal to bang someone at 17, in Hawaii it's 14. I don't know what a good balance between the two would be, that's why I'm not a law maker.

In Texas 13 and younger is considered a child, screwing a girl 14 to 16 is a different charge than screwing one that is 13 or younger.
