    I don't understand this.

Are you saying they broke due to mechanic negligence?

Anyone else make Dodge truck owners sign a waiver that their dash will probably break in 100 places during heater box removal and that we take no responsibility?

Last night had a customer in a Durango with a hell of a lean to the drivers side front. He asked me to come look at it and I told him he needed to take the wheel off the car to see what was really going on. Still asked me to look, basically the truck was riding on the lower control arm with no suspension movement. I couldn't see under far enough to tell what was really going on but he was asking about the upper ball joint. In my 30 second in the dark parking lot appraisal it appeared the upper ball joint had failed or broken and the truck was completely bottomed out on the lower control arm. His response was ok cool thanks and drove off into the night.

Yeah but it just pops the new fuse when you put a new one in. Today I will try to figger out why its doing that, if he can make it over here. Might not be able to but hopefully he can.

Well i can't be certain, not sure when to look for it. Since the car won't start, would that just be with the key in the "on" position? Probably doesn't matter cause I ran the codes and the only thing it came up with was P1111.

Seems like a bunch of you "adults" prefer to act like teenagers.
