The point I am trying to make is the cop said she would be arrested. At that point I would much rather not hassle with sleeping in a cell, fees, etc, etc, etc.... Is it right? No. But for the points I just mentioned none of that is important then. I would've asked for his badge number and handled it that way. What did she gain from this? Did she accomplish anything? However, in Texas there is a law against interfering with public duties. Penal Code 38.15 if you care to look it up.

The chick seemed pretty reasonable, and I think more people should video police. Police need to be held accountable, and video is one of the only tools that we have to illustrate scenarios accurately after the fact. (hence why cops have dash cams). These cops deserve the knifing they get from some hood nigga. Abuse your power long enough, and someone's going to abuse theirs on you.
