I guess because I wanted to handle it differently I am a pussy and don't believe in my rights?
I guess a future opportunity at a good job would like to take that into consideration how I was defending my rights? I wouldn't imagine it holding to much weight.
Very logical way you think..

I misspoke a little when I said no hood = no brutality. I was more or less trying to say that it doesn't happen nearly as much as the hood and if it does it is rare.
Let me know if this doesn't soak in or not...
"Let me know if this doesn't soak in or not..."
Classic!
Did you take Bottlerocket's Debating 101 course? I swear you both resort to the "you cant read, you cant understand" shit quick! Trust me, you have never stuck me as a smart person, and certainly not an expert on any subject I've seen you post about. I have no issues reading and comprehending what you wrote.
Now, I see what your saying, and I'm trying to give you a little perspective from the other side of the argument. Its not worth it to you...I get it. You're one of those people that's cool with your freedoms being taken away one by one also....that's fine. There are people out there that aren't ok with it and would go as far as to die, to ensure the freedoms of others. I know that sounds extreme given the basis of this whole thread, but I'm using it as a general statement towards freedoms in general. You start losing the little ones first, then you end up in a complete Police/Nanny state like the UK. Have you ever taken the time to look at some of their ridiculous laws?

I really don't see what is so hard to understand about that.

What did she prove by going to jail? Pussy pacifist attitude.. lmao You aren't to good at reading, are you? I have commented on everything you are pointing out already.

You may not have done that, and thats fine. But she did nothing wrong by filming. And If you're comparing filming private sector workers to public sector, that's not a fair comparison. You're not paying me.....you're paying the cops though. Public servants should expect for the public they're supposed to be serving, to hold them accountable.
But the fact of the matter is that she didn't break the law and was wrongfully arrested, on HER OWN PROPERTY i may add. Its not illegal to film leos in most states (47 i believe).
But at the end of the day, you're just going to keep your head buried in the sand, blind to the things going on around you. Don't be surprised if that comes around to fuck you...

I would've asked for his badge number and handled it that way. What did she gain from this? Did she accomplish anything? No. It was one big inconvenience..

Don't get me wrong. I think what the cops did was shitty, but really? For a lousy fucking 2 minute video you are going to waste a good nights sleep in your bed, in jail, fees, time and money AND work possibly.. You really showed them!
You will probably disagree with everything I said and thats fine. I don't get in trouble with the law so none of this applies to me and couldn't care less.

I would think more often than not, the answer is yes. Like the cops say to us, "if you have nothing to hide, then there is nothing to worry about",

The chick seemed pretty reasonable, and I think more people should video police. Police need to be held accountable, and video is one of the only tools that we have to illustrate scenarios accurately after the fact. (hence why cops have dash cams). These cops deserve the knifing they get from some hood nigga. Abuse your power long enough, and someone's going to abuse theirs on you.
