did not read the entire thread but can you ask that it not be put on the citation? Aren't the citations scanned at the station and now someone has a full account of your name, address, DL and SS#...? Seems an unnecessary risk to put that on the form. Ask for the last 4 or something or just don't write it down.....still verified...hell, just write "verified".

Ive been asked to verify who I was by my social, I have a common name apparently. Just to make sure I wasn't someone who had a warrant
