Sigh. Steve- marcelo is the best in the world. His technique HAS to be better. That's why I said there is a sliding scale on technique vs the size. All other things equal the larger man has the advantage.

Don't play dumb or buy 100% into the gjj hype that size doesn't matter. It's not the only thing that matters but it does matter to an extent. To claim anything else is ignorant.

Size does matter and you know it. That's why there are weight classes. There is a sliding scale on how much technique is needed for a smaller guy to overcome size and strength and you know it.

2 guys with equal technique and experience with one being 50 PBS heavier and also stronger. Come on don't be dense just to try to say something we both already know is bs.
I disagree. Weight only matters when skill is lacking. How do you explain small guys like Marcelo Garcia or Robert Drysdale or Kron who dominate Absolute divisions? Mat time and experience tells me that weight doesn't matter. Because I weigh more I'm going to go over there and dominate Danny who is all of maybe 150lbs? I think not.

If you get in a street fight, you going to tell the guy you can't fight him because you aren't in the same weight class? lol. You deal with what is given to you.

There are weight classes in sporting events because people are crybabies. Everyone wants their trophies and medals, not to be warriors. I LOVE rolling with monsters like Adam and Fernando (another monster Adam's size at our gym) Because when you get the hang of it, it's alot easier to handle others.

Every person has their things they are good at and weak at, but in todays society no one wants to admit their weaknesses and work on them to make them strengths. It's easier to bitch and try to make exuses about weight differences rather than work with the monsters. To be great, you have to go outside your comfort zone and push yourself.

Extremely rare to have isolated prolactinoma AND primary hypothyroidism. I guess it could happen. I would talk to another endo about this and get either another MRI or another radiologist to read the one you have.

Interesting! How then does an Endocrinologist know what to treat? Yes, TSH was at 4.770 as of last week. 14 months ago prolactin was 87.0 and TSH was 2.69

MRI reads: prolactin secreting macroadenoma (9x9.9x11.9mm) involving the right side of the pituitary gland with sligh extension into the suprasellar cistern and mild deviation of the infundibulum to the left and mild extension into the cavernous sinus on the right.
