Soon he will have his last name on the back window, rolling rent-a-tire flat black 30's and bed full of his nephew and his friends...

2014 Silverado LT Crewcab 4.3 engine. Currently about to hit 7k miles on it. It has a recall on it and I've been hearing a knocking noise near the rear by the exhaust. Whenever it drops from v6 to v4, ecotec engine, it begins knocking really bad. I haven't had time to take it in to get looked at. Which reminds me it needs an oil change also.

Not the best daily, but I've been driving it every day since July. 351c 4brrl, headers, heat and a/c. And 77k documented miles in it.

Not a beater, but I did drive a '99 Ranger for 10 years. I'm done driving shit every day, lol.

I figure it averages about 13 MPG or so.
It's been a good truck despite the trans going out, the O2 sensor issue that some shop wanted $2k+ to fix (LOL!!), and the heater and fuel gauge don't really work all that well

I liked my '05 Grand Prix, other than the fact that it was slow.
