LOL my 2001 fuel gauge is the same way, I just reset the trip odometer to keep track.

Fuel pumps from around 98-03 GM trucks are huge pieces of crap. They've got one of the highest failure rates of any part I've ever seen.

I figure it averages about 13 MPG or so.

It's been a good truck despite the trans going out, the O2 sensor issue that some shop wanted $2k+ to fix (LOL!!), and the heater and fuel gauge don't really work all that well

    2005 2dr honda civic 5spd. 194k mi 32-35 mpg combined.

Engine was replaced 20k mi ago and the tranny, clutch was replaced last week so I should be good for at least another 100k miles.

93 ford Taurus. 275k smokes a little from the cracked head but always gets there. I got a 08 Silverado last year to replace it but keep on driving the shitbox.

2008.5 Mazda Mazdaspeed 3. It's my only car, but I beat the hell out of it. It's got a little body damage from where my dad backed into it, a few door dings, scratches on the back bumper from loading things into and out of it, a pretty good nick on the the front bumper, and one corner of the bumper just above the front passenger wheel is poking out a quarter inch or so because I hit a deer laying int he middle of 121.

Likes: Great fun, pretty quick (TURBO POWAH!), plenty of aftermarket parts, great room inside when the seats folded down (I fit two new, fully assembled toilets in the back, and one time put a 6 foot magnolia tree in it).

Dislikes: High repair costs, not really good on gas mileage (I get an average of 22-24 with 70% highway miles depending on how I drive it), but people say with a Cobb AP Tuner it gets around 26-28 average. Has tilt steering wheel but does not telescope, so if you're tall, like over 5' 10" (I'm short), you probably won't like it. Back seat room is non-existent, even with me driving it, short people have a problem with leg room.

Overall it's great for me, but I'm going to need something bigger pretty soon. I'm hoping the rumors about bringing the Mazdaspeed 6 back are true.

01Accord 4 banger with a stick. Runs like a clock and I'll roll it until the wheels fall off. Wife has a 2011 4runner. I'm still looking for a clean, all original fox coupe as a toy and future ride for my son.

2003 Expedition with 233,000 for about another week or so. New daily is a 2001 GT. I'll be buying a new or slightly used Ram in a few months or so, but the GT will probably still see daily duty for as long as I can handle it. I'll only take the truck out when I have customers with me.
